The BNA is launching a new education programme aimed at encouraging scientists to engage in school outreach. In this practical workshop we will demonstrate new teaching resources and discuss how you can recruit a neuroscientist to speak in your school.

Teachers will leave this session with two tried and tested resources for developing STEM careers awareness and reducing stereotypes about scientists. The easy-to-use, freely available resources blend a Science Capital and careers approach which reduce stereotypes and develop careers vocabulary for children from Y1 - Y6.
