The ability to immediately engage, stimulate and effectively impact 21st century students is a challenge we all face as educational practitioners. Over the last 8 years, I have developed an experiential learning methodology that I have been fortunate to be able to use with great effect within my practice. Drawing on aspects of gamification, psychology and my experience as an Advanced Practitioner and former professional athlete, I will share tools and strategies that you can immediately apply to enliven your current educational content and improve the impact of your teaching practice.
