Many schools provide curriculum enrichment time, aiming to develop skills not found in the core exam based curriculum. We will show how to use STEM Ambassadors to act as expert clients posing questions, and developing students’ research skills.
Our two schools have used different approaches:
  • an hour in the weekly school Personal Development Activity scheme.
  • a weekly lunch time/twilight session.
Previous projects:
"Is Roman Eye Medicine Efficacious?" (GP STEM Ambassador)
“Design a wound dressing”  (STEM Ambassadors from a manufacturer)
