Antibiotic resistance is an enormous worldwide threat. To tackle this problem, scientists are harnessing the power of multiple disciplines. Sara will explore how the “theoretical” route of using mathematical models can have practical implications in the lab and be used to refine and shorten the experimental pathway towards novel antibiotics.
